The private gastroenterology practice on Goetheplatz in Frankfurt am Main was founded in May 2012 by Dr Harald Gutberlet and Dr Tom Hoischen. Dr. med Arik Sauer has been supporting the medical team since January 2018.

Our interest and expertise lies in skilled endoscopy of the upper and lower digestive tract, ultrasound of the abdominal organs and vessels with or without ultrasound contrast medium and intestinal sonography, as well as conservative proctology (rectal diseases, hemorrhoids, etc.).

Our many years of experience as former senior physicians at the Nordwest Hospital in Frankfurt am Main, the Hochtaunus Clinics in Bad Homburg and the Deutsche Klinik für Diagnostik in Wiesbaden help us to analyze and treat difficult clinical pictures of an “organic or functional nature”.

High standards of hygiene, continuous education, and training of staff and doctors are a matter of course for us.

The gastroenterology private practice is an autonomous and independent practice sharing the premises with specialists in the fields of cardiology and rheumatology.
